1 General Terms & Conditions

By accessing the bqji platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between bqji and its users.

These Terms & Conditions apply to users in Bangladesh. bqji reserves the right to amend them at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

All content, software, graphics, and trademarks on the bqji platform are the intellectual property of bqji. Using, copying, or distributing them without permission is strictly prohibited.

2 Account Register

To create an account on bqji, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false or misleading details will result in account termination and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

• Each individual is only Single Account can create.
• You must provide your correct name, mobile number, and date of birth at the time of registration.
• Keeping your account secure is entirely your responsibility.
• Do not share your password with anyone.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact bqji Support immediately.
• Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited.

Bqji may request a national ID, passport, or other documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily on hold until verification is complete.

3 Age & Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old to use the bqji platform. bqji enforces a strict policy to protect minors.

The following are not eligible to use bqji services:

• Residents of countries where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Bqji employees or their immediate family members.
• Anyone whose account has been previously closed by bqji.
• Anyone enrolled in a self-exclusion program.

4 Deposits & Payments

Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket are accepted for deposits on bqji. All deposits must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit amount: BDT 200.
• The maximum deposit limit depends on your account verification level.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly.
• Making deposits using another person's payment method is prohibited.
• Records of all deposit transactions are kept on file.

Bqji does not accept any illegal or suspicious payments. We strictly comply with all international regulations to prevent money laundering. If suspicious activity is detected, the account may be temporarily suspended pending the completion of an investigation.

5 Withdrawal Policy

To withdraw winnings from bqji, you must first complete account verification. Withdrawal requests from unverified accounts will not be processed.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
• The required wagering conditions must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Multiple withdrawal requests may be submitted on the same day, though maximum limits apply.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Bqji regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus has its own terms, which you should read carefully before claiming.

• Welcome Bonus: A special bonus on the first deposit is available for new members.
• Wagering requirements: A specified amount must be wagered before bonus funds can be withdrawn (typically 10x–30x).
• Validity: Each bonus has a specific validity period. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of that period.
• Game restrictions: Some bonuses are only valid on specific games.
• Multiple accounts: If one person claims bonuses through multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be terminated.

Bqji reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses may be suspended.

7 Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on bqji. bqji reserves the right to void any bet that breaches these Terms & Conditions.

• A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled.
• Bqji may correct any odds that were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.
• Any bet linked to detected match-fixing or suspicious activity will be voided.
• If a bet is not confirmed during live betting due to a network issue, the amount will be refunded.
• Exploiting vulnerabilities in bqji's systems or software for unfair advantage is prohibited.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bqji platform. Any violation will result in immediate account termination and legal action where applicable.

• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Registering using a false identity or another person's details.
• Misuse of the bonus system or bonus hunting.
• Attempting to hack an account or gain unauthorized access to the system.
• Money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
• Harassing or threatening other users.
• Using bots or automated programs in bqji's software.

9 Responsible Gaming

Bqji believes gaming should be a source of entertainment, not addiction. We encourage all users to play responsibly and provide a range of tools to support that.

11 Account Closure & Suspension

Bqji reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close accounts for the following reasons.

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false information or identity fraud.
• Suspected illegal activity or money laundering.
• Failure or refusal to complete identity verification.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 months.

Users may close their account at any time. It is strongly recommended to withdraw all remaining balance before closing your account. Contact the support team to proceed with account closure.

12 Changes to Terms & Legal Matters

Bqji reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be given advance notice of any significant changes.

• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• In the event of any dispute regarding these terms, bqji's decision shall be considered final.
• This agreement is governed by international gaming laws.
• Terms & Conditions are available in both Bengali and English; in case of any dispute, the English version will prevail.
